Individual reflective overview

An ideal definition of reflection is presented by Moon in 1999. According to her reflection is a form of mental processing with main purpose is to generate outcome that can easily be applied to complex and relatively unstructured concepts and ideas for which there is no solution provided by anyone (Moon. 1999)

Preferred learning style

In general there are three learning styles. All styles refer to particular learning behavior and style. These styles are auditory learner, visual learner, and tactile learner (Mangrum.2001).

Auditory learner

Auditory learners are those learners who prefer to learn best when teacher emphases on lectures and class discussions. They prefer to learn through audio tapes and they keep on nothing things in their class material.

Visual learner

These learners prefer to study in a environment where information is presented on material such as picture, diagram, or class notes given by teacher or they do prefer to crate pictures by reading their own lecture to better understand there concepts

Tactile learner

Tactile learners on other hand prefer to physically manipulate order to better understand their own concepts (Hameda.A 2007). For example they prefer to study in labs, where they can not only touch elements but also manipulate things to see what they have learned.

After completion of my marketing plan, I have considered myself as auditory learner. Following are some of the reasons why I consider myself as auditory learner.

I used to write in class a lot while teacher or our faculty member used to give lecture.

While during class discussion, I make points in my lecture book as well.

While using this style I was able to learn a lot and later in my report it made me very easy to write relevant information and to make my plan more effective.

Through this learning style I have able to study my own weakness and strengths and later to improve my marketing skills to better demonstrate in my marketing plan.

Through this learning style, my interaction among students and teacher was enhanced very much.

Overall module was very diversified and helped me a lot in understanding major marketing strategies

Faculty members make sure that whether the students are getting knowledge form their lecture through feedback mechanism.

And after that feedback, they adjust their pace according to the learning styles of the student.
