The purpose of this empirical-based research paper is to diverge focus on differential experiences of the nation about the regime study on the death penalty. These facts that are exploited in these studies have revealed about the cross-state differences for variation over time for individuals states who seek for application of the definitive punishment or the death penalty in practice (Chalfin et al., 2013).

The state and society have enforced many innocents as victims of capital punishment. They are the victim of economic misery, ignorance, inequality, and moral deformation of households with impacts from development, nourishment, and degeneration of inheritance alcohol. This also explains the fact that there are many societal determinants of crime that changes every year. This topic interests me to envision about the execution of criminal risk and interest of potential murderers about the cost of murder that would be manifest in different years into the future.
