Introduction

The Nursing currently offers three ways to obtain a license, diploma, associate degree, and baccalaureate. Given the current shortage of nurses, associate and diploma nursing programs have provided the nursing workforce in skilled workers who are able to treat patients with different critics, however, recent literature has identified clinical implications in terms of education, which shows that higher proportions of nurses with bachelor's degrees are associated with improved patient outcomes (Aiken, Clarke, Cheung, Sloane & Silber 2003) .
