In today's world the most important for the businesses is how to develop strong and long term relationships with customers, which makes the company nearer to its described goals. It is obvious that business relationships would not only bring revenues to the organization but they also build a relation of trust which ultimately changes into loyalty. This is undoubtedly as long as both sides benefit is achieved, but just as undoubtedly is the recognition that in many difficult situations (e.g., disputed transactions, unclear contract situation, and insufficient progress of the project) the rules are violated (Frazelle, 2002).

In today's world most of the people are on the view that strong business relationships means or they try to connect the related strength of business relationships with customer care and service which they receive from organization.

The companies still do not understand the importance of communication in business growth. This is because they know the benefits that derive from it both for the organization and for the people who work there. The benefits of communication should be used by all companies, whether big or small, its advantages should be fully exploited for the smooth running of the business. Many successful organizations have realized that communication helps to improve the environment and the working environment, so employees are motivated and identified with the goals that the company wants to achieve and contribute to increased productivity and increased competitiveness (Frazelle, 2002)

Communication is built day by day through meetings, exchanging daily and permanent notes. Good communication between the members of the team and a good organizational climate is what defines the enduring quality of the internal environment. Lack of communication strategies within the organization generates slow processes and responses.
