ABSTRACT

The concept of a team is a type of organizational arrangement composes of team members working together from a distance, is one of prevailing organization answers to today's competitive landscape. Today's business environment is challenging, fast paced, and demanding. There is currently tremendous pressure to make changes in the business systems to control costs while at the same time contend with both the growing needs of customers and forecasted staff shortages. The impact of these pressures on the front line employees provides organizational leaders with many opportunities to use and grow their leadership skills, as front line employees look to their leaders to help navigate them through the change. In this research report, we have analyzed the effectiveness of team communication in the Medina Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI). Medina Chamber of Commerce & Industry has arisen which includes four branches in AlAla - Khaibar- Mahd AlZahab- AlHanakia in 1387A.H. In our analysis, we focused on different aspects of team communication through using the tool of the questionnaire and discovered that there were a number of problems with the team communication in the MCCI.
