Introduction

With the increasing awareness regarding healthcare and the increasing health related issues, the increase in number of calls at any health care organization is unavoidable. On one hand, all the callers have to be satisfied and provided with complete guidance, as the matter of health is most sensitive one, and on the other, there are certain emergency calls as well and the callers cannot be put on hold for long. The situation implies that there should be sufficient staff members to deal with all the callers effectively, which means more hiring, more trainings and consequently more investment.

However, as in the case of health care organization managed by me, much investment is not possible, and the available resources have to be utilized effectively and significantly in order to improve the efficiency of call centre agents.
