This barrier can be over come by planning a proper schedule between the administrative team and giving a goal to every individual. After the implementation of the system it is necessary to select a proper team which can use the system effectively. The system of EHR requires the team work and the team should have the people from the different departments of the hospital (Matthew, T 2012).

The managers of the department can help in the initiation of the system. A nurse leader can be a clinical expert for the implementation of the system.
