Introduction

Usually primary care in hospital and home-care services is applied as the main part to ensure quality care and life, and resources are shifted towards homecare services instead of hospital because, patients avoid long stays within community system. In the start of 21st century, challenges for nurses regarding employment because organizations usually employ graduate nurses in small numbers and for a supervisory position instead they rely on students to attend patients for bedside conditions (AARP Public Policy Institute, 2009).

When these nurses graduated, they focus on doing private duty for single patients, but the draw back of this duty is that regular/fix employment is often not ensured and therefore, the income source is not regularized. Cost is high if one employs private nurses for home care where as hospitals usually hire nurses as regular/permanent staff, not on ad-hoc forms , but shortage of nurses occur on a continuous basis because changes are adapted professionally to provide health care with out facing stressful conditions. This profession is still currently in demand because it attracts fresh recruits (AARP Public Policy Institute, 2009).

Discussion

The stakeholders promote trust, goodwill and are engaged for communication with staff members in Medicare organizations like hospitals. Usually state is responsible to communicate with stakeholders for care counseling, union/association of care providers in organizations. For successful strategy planning stakeholder play a critical role especially when designing groundwork programs for evaluation and monitoring. Strategies such as communication should be practiced in a form where nurses are mainly affected by change in their profession i.e from the hospital environment towards home care by the help of external and internal hospital staff, stakeholders and patients. In the planning stage, one must collect and evaluate the data that will help in getting nursing groups who are attracted towards home care profession.

To enhance their participation and build ownership for successful careers in hospital nursing staff should be consulted and informed from time to time in different stages for better growth in an organization. Solutions can also be determined from active participants when implement ting changes. Increasing motivation levels by leaders in the clinical field can influence the nursing staff by creating a positive environment. Thus, by providing proper infrastructure, good endorsements/incentives, recognition of skills can lead to good nursing team when planning success in an organization (Center for Health Care Strategies, 2011).

Sometimes, organizations are not in touch with the nursing staff, always resulting in shortage of staff in organizations related to patient care. Medicare stakeholders should make strategy plans related to long term supports services and behavioral health, to outreach those staff members by convincing them. To move the project of integrated care models stakeholders should act critically for providers and provider groups by enhancing facilities to nurses and their associations with hospitals regarding hospital programs (Center for Health Care Strategies, 2011).
