Over time, such programs have increased covering greater parts of the population. However, their mission in one way or the other remained the same. The organizational and operational structure of such programs constitutes of various allocations of tasks. It also includes supervision and coordination of the tasks being carried out under its supervision. All these are directed towards accomplishing the goals and aims of the organization.
