The customers have a really great perception of the restaurants which provide them with Entertainment as a form of hospitality (Lugosi, 2008). Regardless of this concept of the customers, restaurant owners pay minimum attention to the idea that they should entertainment into the operations of their restaurants as it could greatly improve the rate of returns and revenues. The central idea of this paper is tragetred towards studying the theoretical databanks and understand the possible impact that entertainment has on the overall customer experience while dining at any restaurant.
