“Occupy Wall Street” was a social movement which began unexpectedly in New York City; however, this movement was believed to have an impact on 2012 US presidential election campaign (Gelder, 2011). The movement, which gained strength, and developed the backbone in both in numbers and demonstrations, as the campaigns for the presidential election were commencing.
