According to the article 8 of the European convention on human rights a family life is not established between an adult child and his surviving parent other siblings unless something more exists than normal emotional ties. Keeping in view this sentence it is important to examine what ties comprise a family? Is it not only about parents, and spouses and it can extend to other relationships like aunts and sisters The English family law concerns the authorities and agencies which influence the outcome of private disputes involving the family ties. Recently the British government has introduced a new system for controlling the entry of non-EU foreigners in national territory, the so-called point system, which limits the possibility of entry only to skilled workers in sectors where the country needs labour . The goal is to get more skilled workforce. New residents must also be able to speak English, be able to meet its commitments and obey the laws. Under the new measures that the employer wants to employ an alien must demonstrate that they have first offered the post in Britain. British citizens on foreign soil are numerous and immigration has made a strong contribution to the economy, however, it presents itself as a phenomenon increasingly difficult and complex management.
Deportation and Removal
Both deportation and removal have in common expressions that refer to the order of output and orders in this regard taken by the state on a foreigner. The expulsion of a foreigner is a right that arises as a consequence of the right of states to admit or not in its territory to foreigners.
Deportation refers to the alteration or modification of violation migration conditions subject to which this result abroad that this is bound to leave the country.
