Introduction

The major issue in the United States is the immigration of a number of people from all around the world in the country. Globalization has fueled the expansion of multicultural societies. United States is one of the few counties where you can find people belonging to various culture, color, race, language and nationality. All have different reasons for their stay in the country, a majority of people looking for a better future for themselves and their families, career/ business considerations, and educational purposes are among the most common reasons of exceeding US immigrants. In this paper, we will outline the implication of social welfare policies on immigration reforms.

This paper outlines the discussion of various aspects of immigration and highlight major issues involved in the process. These considerations are as follows.

The problems associated with multicultural estates dealing with the welfare of its inhabitants.

Problems and challenges caused by regular growth in the population of immigrants and evaluating alternative to need the increased demand.

Threats to the welfare states and issues relating to American identity that arises not from the elite class of the society, or form foreign-born citizen, but this racial conflict that are prevailing in our current societal structure, and how best can be solve these problems.

Discuss the implications and effects of exclusionary policy, and what are the possibilities and remedies that can be implemented, keeping in view the societal structure (Schiele, 2010).

On the basis of this question, we can extend our study on multiculturalism that is supposedly fueled by the progressive globalization of the United States economy.
