Introduction

An illegal immigrant is one who migrates from one country to the other one for permanent residence without any proof of documentation. Because of his migration many problems are developed including the unemployment, rising crime rates and overpopulation. Host country cannot provide more opportunity to its indigenous people. Today illegal Immigration is one of most controversial issues in USA. Immigration has been the source of an allotment of controversial considerations in past years due in large part to attacks on September 11th. Illegal immigration into USA is the problem that should be open and reformed as it is unfair to Americans and to people of the country from which they illegally immigrated.

Immigration has habitually been part of joined States. The topic is not one that can be addressed solely by numbers and facts and numbers since nearly all Americans are immigrants or are between 1 and 10 generations removed. Those that have arrived late or are goal (ethnically) will normally battle any critical enforcement, while those who fee endangered (monetarily, occupation, etc.) will usually demand the halt to illegal immigration. Additionally, they believe that illegal immigrants are a burden on America's socioeconomic system costing American taxpayers billions of dollars due to increased educational and health care expenses. The opposing view is that most illegal immigrants are essentially hardworking people who share the same values as Americans, perform jobs that many Americans do not want anyway, and have become an essential part of the American cultural fabric. Their position is that it would be wrong to send them home and potentially break up families.

In 2005, it was reported that 850 people from countries of “special interest” were caught crossing America's southern border. Immigration, both legal and illegal, has been the topic of untold debates in recent history. After the attacks of 9/11 many Americans supported the idea of closing our countries borders or further restricting America's immigration policy. The US government has focused much of its time and resources on the fight against illegal immigration.
