As illegal immigration remains a serious problem in the America, other countries around the world are also being affected by it. You may enter a country illegally or entered legally initially and then violate the conditions for their stay. Examples include individuals who stayed longer than allowed in their visas or violated the conditions of permanent residence permit or refugee. There are some terms used to refer to these individuals.
