Identification of the problems encountered in the Adoption of Mobile Healthcare in Ontario and Quebec

Introduction

Health care is an industry which consists of several stakeholders including government, individual medical centers (general practitioners, nurses, researchers, etc.) doctors, home care providers and workers, patient and their families. Overlapping and interactive environment, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, primary health care institutions, families, involved in a serious, urgent, chronic, primary and outpatient services. Transition between these environments is often difficult for patients to unnecessary, because the access provider for a pre-existing medical weakness. Discussion

Many patients receive their care from more than one nurse or other care providers: individual physicians, group practices, hospitals, long-term care facilities, laboratories, pharmacies, walk in clinics, urgent care centers, work-site clinics, schools, and clinics. When there are more than one choices available then customers can choose their caregiver close to the patient's attitudes, qualities and abilities, and cultural aptitude, or other factors based on other providers. Patient must also move between health care providers to change their health status and create a favorable record of their health needs with them, so every dealer does not require noting down a totally new admission record. Without the presence of digital healthiness records and the combination or universal interoperability, person selection and progress model has escorted to some remains of personal knowledge in medical care.

Typically, this leads to the transfer of complete customer records from one or more sources through the paper, scanning digital recording or fax. As a result, customer records may be stored in paper or re-enter the care sector the number of agencies of the database or compatible keying without the possibility of version control. These measures include the availability, adoption, interoperability, change management, risk reduction, privacy and security, return on investment. Some of these issues in mobile health care occur before adoption while some will occur after adoption of mobile healthcare.
