Introduction

Learning and understanding the theories, models, and concept will bring opportunity for me to explore the world of business. It is essential that I prepare myself and be strong with my knowledge and expertise for the new world. Being a business student the personality qualities I have are a strong leadership, and self motivation skills and qualities. I want to run my business bass on morality. This all can be accomplished by making a personal development plan, that exhibits the need for the skills in order to do the actions that are desired.

How I need to be Depending on the profile, to be a developing transformational business leader, I need to identify “how I need to be” in my current and future role. The left column of the table above is the four areas that I will focus on to develop my leadership skills. For each area, there are several criteria to assess my current personal skills (Ramsey, 2010). The items listed in the “I need to be” column are my goals and criteria for monitoring process of my leadership development.I would like to commit myself for hard work till the success with a firm belief that I have a lot of things to share in the program. It is the perfect platform, which can help me to increase my understanding and academic skills in business studies. I tried to make them learn the significance of planning before every task you are going to accomplish.

Before a training session, I have always made an outline, as discussed before, to present the objectives that are aimed to be achieved through the learning or training sessions. Therefore, it is essential to plan before you proceed to work because it always allows understanding the barriers that can come your way (Prichard et al. 2006).

Through the experiences in different roles I got to know some of the things that I need to improve and some of the roles that I think I should adopt areto be responsive, cordial, respectful, tactful, able to adapt my leadership style, able to effectively manage performance issues, clear about the team's mission and vision, contributing to positive emotions, able to convey the key lessons of organizational effectiveness through stories of my own workplace experiences. Moreover skills that I need to adopt in order to work in the team are to be reliable, innovative, contributively, acting in ways that are clearly aligned with the vision, values, and strategy, and able to get a lot done.

Once I was on a project team in my term project for a course, we were assigned to do a role play on any unstructured business. The group brainstormed ideas for that role play I suggested instead an idea that would be more difficult but would be something different that no other group would be doing or thinking to do.
