Introduction

Herzberg Two-Factor theory is aimed to evaluate the motivation of employee. He undertook research of 200 engineers and accountant to analyze their job attitude. He suggested two factors to understand the motivational level of employees. Hygiene factors include a company's administration and policies, salaries, wages and other financial remuneration, working conditions, quality of supervision and interpersonal relation's quality.
