They can become deadly if the right precautions will not be taken. Today in my speech I am going to talk about an extremely dangerous hurricane which killed many people and caused various dangers.

It was basically a miscommunication between the government and people after the arrival of Hurricane Katrina that caused deaths of many people and still affecting many economy, society and environment. According to British newspaper The Guardian, the hurricane "Katrina" was pretty much a predictable disaster.
