Globalization has become one of the hottest concepts since the mid 90 years, not only in the social science community, but also among the public. Globalization is the key word in today's world. The world economy is new concept that the world is studying. This concept is relatively new. The world is becoming one integrated system and new technologies and communication is one click away now. We often hear a cliché phrase that the world is becoming a global village, which itself shows how the world has changed in the past hundred years or so, especially in the last few decades. The term is frequently used in the world tojustify restructuring in the public domain and the withdrawal of the state in certain areaseconomic activities. In the business world, it usually refers to the globalizationto explain the need to streamline and to justify waves of mergers and acquisitions internationally (Smith, 1776). For a large part of the population finally, globalization is synonymous with unemployment, worker exploitationby large companies and rising inequality. However, what is the reality of the conceptGlobalization appliesit. What are the manifestations, causes, and especially what are the Impacts of this phenomenon?

Nothing could better illustrate the magnitude of these changes that the new dimension that is now the subject of human rights in human relationships in all human relationships, on any scale, whether individual or collective, national or international. They can occur and whatsoever: political, economic, social or cultural (Locke, 1690).

Social justice and economic crisis

Social justice is a concept of equal rights for all the people in the world. It explains the concept of basic human rights with respect to social factors. To Promote social justice is not simply to increase income and create jobs. It is also a question of rights, dignity and freedom of expression for the workers, as well as economic independence, social and political (D`Souza, 2011). To respond to the crisis, the International Labor Organization recommends giving a central role to social protection and decent work.

Today, the concept of social justice for all is facing great challenges. The worst global economic crisis in sixty years has caused huge economic disruption. Global unemployment has reached a record level in 2010 and is expected to remain high in 2011. Youth unemployment is particularly worrying. Most available jobs are in the informal sector and are consisted of low paying wages and extremely horrible working conditions. The high level of social dissatisfaction and potential long-term social problems are a source of growing concern.

In response to the global crisis of the economy and employment, the International Labor Conference adopted a Global Jobs Pact in 2009. This policy instrument promotes a global recovery centered on investments, employment and social protection with the objective to provide a basis for concerted international policy development to reduce the time lag between economic recovery and recovery that creates decent jobs.
