Human rights are “commonly understood as inalienable fundamental rights to which a person is intrinsically entitled simply because he or she is the human being”. Human Rights are therefore envisaged as universal rights and unrestricted. These human rights may exist as legal rights or as natural rights, in regional, local, national and international law. The strategy of human rights in global and regional organizations, international practices within the international law, regional and global institutions, activities of non government organizations, policies of states has been a foundation stone of public policy all around the world. The regimes of international human rights in various cases “nested” within more inclusive and go away from regional agreement. These regional regimes can be distinguished respectively independent rational human rights sun regimes. There are three instruments by which the instruments of human rights can be identified, the African Charter on Human and People Rights, the American Convention on Human Rights and the European Convention on Human Rights. Human Rights According to European Union
The EU (European union believes that the protection and promotion of human rights all around the world is a legal concern in the international community. The European Union is bound by its treaty for promoting human rights, development and democratization. The indivisibility, interrelation and universality of human rights that includes political, economic and social rights are confirmed in the year 1993 at Vienna, (World conference of human rights) is an essential principle for guiding its actions. The policy of European Union is based on international structure and standards, which reflects the belief in human rights and democracy.These policies are not based on Western Union but reflect the universal values to which all the members of United Nation subscribe. The European Union is working for the implementation and the approval of all instruments of human rights. The European Commission actively participate in the international human rights for instance, the World conference for the preparation against racism, the commission of UN on human rights and the UN General Assembly on Children.
Protecting and Promoting the Rights of Minorities
The person who belongs to minority is an intrinsic part of the policy of European Union on human rights.
