Introduction

The Modern Business World

In the twenty first century businesses are no longer limited by national boundaries, many corporations are conducting their activities outside of their home countries in the form of international joint ventures, subsidiaries and sales offices abroad. To be competitive in environment, organization must constantly be 'learning' and be effective in the international transfer of knowledge, skill and expertise (Becker & Gerhart, 1996, 779-801).

Managers are more aware that people management practices can have a significant bearing on the profitability of their business operations. Issues relating to human resource management (HRM) in multinational corporations (MNC) categorized under the umbrella of international human resource management (IHRM). Scullion defines IHRM as “the HRM issues and problems arising from internationalization of business, and the HRM strategies, policies and practices which firms pursue in response to the internationalization of business” (Delery & Doty, 1996, pp.802-835).

Personal Management

First, creating a positive work environment, pleasant and productive, this is one of the most important skills a talented manager. Good management of employees translates into a staff that works closely enjoys her job and stays motivated. A skilled manager can do a job with excessive stress, in a pleasant task for their employees while maintaining good long-term officials. As a manager, you have a pivotal role not only in the management of people, but also create a good working environment for its staff. It is clear that the higher you seemed suitable for personnel management, so you only need to make sure you understand how to create a good working environment, motivate employees, and stay organized and meet all their responsibilities. You can study a system of performance management, whether for work tasks to employees (Tayeb, 1998, 332).

Human Resource Management

Human Resource Management involves the planning; organization, development and coordination, as well as technical control, capable of promoting the efficient performance of staff, while the organization represents the means by which people achieve individual goals directly or indirectly with the work. Today the staff selection techniques, have to be more subjective and more refined, determining human resource requirements, increasing the effective sources to enable qualified candidates cleave to evaluating the physical and mental potential applicants (Wasti, 1998, 608).

According to the book Reinventing HR: Changing roles to create a high-performance organization, the author: Margaret Butteris, the role and function of Human Resources of the Company consists of the following:

1.Identification and development of key competencies needed to support the business. Once identified, strategies are to develop or acquire key skills. The entrepreneurial function is also responsible for monitoring the progress of development.

2.Development of executive talent. Human Resources is responsible for systems that identify and develop staff with the greatest potential of any organization, preparing to meet the current and future business objectives, including estate planning.
