Introduction

Human resource professionals with experience in this context have generated different responses, developed strategies to manage human resources in times of budget cuts, inflation, freeze wages and benefits projects. Its main challenge is to generate and sustain the confidence of employees in the organization, but how to do when the context is unfavorable. Creativity in generating answers and possible solutions is as important as knowing how to move in the midst of the crisis facing the organization and impacts in different degrees in the mood and productivity of employees (Elangovan & Mohna 2011, p. 114-116).

An economic recession is also, for a company, a good opportunity to give flat HR processes in place, taking into account the new constraints that have emerged. For example it is essential that the employee is fully aware of how to measure his salary and he is aware of the means available to improve the remuneration. The danger is, in fact, that involved too few staff in the medium to long term, appears a legitimate motivation, especially from those whose businesses are most needed to bounce times of crisis. It's one thing to try to take care of those who have to leave the company, but we also care for those left behind (Blackett & Sheppard 2003, p.419).

Discussion

Globally, the solutions provided by different governments are mainly based on fiscal stimulus or increases in public spending, which, as the model country in which lead us to apply a range of solutions based only poor in a general reduction of taxes and increasing government spending states. However, not all countries and their economies are on an equal basis; much less have the same capacity to invest in them to find a solution (Boeri & Burda 2009, p.1440). Are pseudo-political short, which tend to benefit the oligarchic classes, banking and mainly affluent social classes and require great sacrifices from the working classes and passive classes?

And this is where the public may perceive that companies are not doing as well as they could.
