In the era of 21st century, where the world has advanced to the technology and globalization, the competition between the businesses has emerged drastically. In this race of chasing the largest share in the market, there are times when organizations fail to understand the human behavior. Additionally, they practice prejudice at the workplace on the basis of color, caste, religion, sex and gender etc. Therefore, the following essay is going to analyze the two statements. Understanding Human Behavior

Most psychologists today agree that the proper object of psychological science is human behavior but "Human Behavior" means many things besides being able to be approached from many different points of view. Human behavior is the struggle for life of the premature infant.

Considering particularly about human behavior at workplace, it is a different science than any other diversification. It is really important for the leaders to understand the behavior of workers to establish better understanding with them.

Understanding Human Behavior is critical to Organizations

Organizational behavior emerges through communication, as it can break up in parts to understand human behavior within an organization, where everything is due to the way they communicate and assimilate the information within the organization. Communication within the organization is very important because it helps to keep connections and provides means for the flow of information properly. Thus, it improves standards, motivates employees and helps to meet the objectives of the organization.

There is no doubt that many workers are generally dissatisfied with their current job or organizational climate. It is prevailing at a particular time and that has become a concern for many managers. Taking into consideration the changes occurring in the work force, these problems become more important with the passage of time.

Efficient people are impossible without an organization to achieve its objectives. The job of director of human talent is involved in this relationship between an organization and its employees. (Rom, Markin. 1994)
