Introduction

G4S has been a real disappointment when it comes to its participation as one of the key security companies in the London Olympics 2012. Two of the major issues that occurred were a decline in the supply of security guards because of which 1200 military personnel had to be deployed on site (Chan, 2012, p. 22).
