It is desired by the company that a third party should perform the certain employee services functions and human resources operations. The third party is expected to be highly experienced related to the field of HR and should prove its success in the operations and, performance of the functions of human resources to other comparative organizations. Qantas Airways believes that it is possible to achieve efficiencies in economic and advantages relative to operations if it decides to outsource these operations instead of execute these activities themselves. The Human Resource services provider provides various services which Qantas Airways Needs.
