ABSTRACT

In this study the researcher has conducted a study to determine the HR issues that Zodiac seats UK encounter most commonly. HRM has been a significant part of the organization for many years. However, in the past few decades the importance has increased greatly due to increased globalization and enhanced competition. Human resource is the most valuable resource of an organization. Due to increased globalization and increased competition it is becoming quite difficult for the organizations to attract and retain competent employees. In such instances, HRM is serving at its best in delivering the required deliverables essential for the overall success of the organization. In this study from the responses of the selected participants, the researcher examined that recruitment and selection is the key issue that Zodiac seats UK encounter most commonly. However, to overcome the existing HR issue of recruitment and selection it is quite essential for the company to establish coherent policies that guide the HR personnel to recruit the right person, at right time and at right place that contributes to the overall wellbeing and prosperity of the organization.
