Discussion

In the modern business environment it has become essential for the HR manager to conceptualize their HR approaches as business outcomes of their company, as these managers have to constantly face the HR issues and problems (Ivancebich and Konopaske, 2012). There is an immense need for the HR managers to understand the fact that the HR approaches play a vital part in the company's success, as the HR practices and decisions reflect in the improvement of company's strategies or staff competencies.

A manager or supervisor of a company's main tasks, that they perform on a daily basis are to plan projects, to organize the execution of them, encourage, motivate and direct employees, assign jobs, solve problems, take control of situations and make decisions in a way that the organizational goals are met in different cultural and governmental settings.

Our company is one of the largest international suppliers of Machinery for Textile Industries, and due to the increased global competition, our organization makes it a point to personally travel abroad to seal deals with our clients and buyers and to retain our international strategic partnerships. The fields of communication and the changes in transportation have made it easier for businesses to work internationally as traveling is now speedy and affordable (Ang, et.al, 2011).

Our Human Resource (HR) department has a team of well trained, highly motivated and efficient managers, who combine their talent and effort to work with the employees in collaboration so they excel. Hiring and combining employees into an efficient team, training the employees, handling projects from planning to execution, solving problems and making decisions is part of what HRM do.
