In order to promote the continuous development of an organization, it is important to encourage employees on their performances. The two major aspects that can encourage employees are performance feedback and incentives. The most important for appreciating employees and encouraging them to do well is to give them performance feedback. It is very important for the employees to know about their performance. Knowing their performances can help employees in bringing improvement. This makes the employees know about their flaws. They are also informed what to do next and with the analysis of their performance, it can also be decided that either they need any training or not (Foot and Hook, 2009). Incentives also play significant role in motivating the employees to continue their performance as well as to improve it. It includes increment in wages, rewards and training etc (Huxham, and Vangen, 2005).

In order to manage work relationship, task allocation must be done appropriately and properly. Every individual must be aware of his specific job role. There are some factors that are responsible for managing working relationships. For example, the successful working relationship of organization is based on trust. Trustworthy colleagues can share their information with each other. They can discuss their stories of success and failures and learn lessons from them. The employees must be challenging. They must be innovative and must their ideas with each other. To manage work relationship, it is also very important to respect each other. Effective communication skills like telephonic conversation, virtual communication and face to face interaction is also essentially required for managing working relationship (Foot and Hook, 2009).

The effectiveness of any organization depends on the management in its work place. Strong management at work place ultimately motivates the employees and provide them an organized environment in which they can utilize all their efforts. Line manager play a most important role in managing organization and its employees. Line manager manages budgets, employees, quality of work, operational performance, and he also acts as a customer care representative. Managing people and their attendances are the main task for line manager. Line manger organizes different training sessions according to the official requirement in order to improve the skills of employees (Huxham, and Vangen, 2005).

They seem to have other challenging concerns than managing and developing people. They have the responsibility of development and training of employees, hiring, counselling, firing of employees and control organizational work procedures. Line managers have to handle all these responsibilities, and they need support from HRM in this regard. The support from HRM makes the line manager confident and updated with their responsibilities (Poister, 2008).
