How ObamaCare is against the US Constitution?

Introduction

Obama's health reform has received a lot of criticism and protests in the streets of USA. The governments of 26 states, most of them held by Republicans, have filed lawsuits against the law. According to most analysts, the chances that Obama will be reelected in November depend, in part, the judgment issued by this court upon which is considered the most controversial achievement of the Democratic president. The U.S. Supreme Court has already started a review against this health reform pushed by President Barack Obama. In the recent past, the nine judges of the court considered the arguments for and against the so-called Law of Health Care Affordable, enacted by Obama in 2010.
