Workplace diversity focuses on a variety of experiences and value that employees from diverse cultures bring together in an organization. In the increasingly globalized world of today and more so in developed and developing second world countries, diversity is a reality (Gardenswartz & Rowe, 2009).
According to (Woods, Bormann, & Schmidle, 2010) diversity in a workplace isn't limited to cultural variety, but can also include parental status, professional background, educational background etc.
