Introduction

Public Health is defined as the approach in area of medicine that refers to the health of community on the whole. There are several health issues that our society has been struggling with. The mission of every country's health care unit is to enhance the health and well-being of people by offering them with efficient fitness and human service. Health is the measure of metabolic or functional efficiency of a living-being. In human-beings, it is the overall condition of an individual's body and mind, generally interpretive to be free from pain, injury or illness. In 1946, The World Health Organization (WHO) described health in its much wider perception as “a state of complete mental, physical, and social wellbeing” and not just the absence of infirmity or disease.

An approach to healthy America has lead to the enabling of set of population to exert control over the health-care determinants in order to enhance their well-being and healthiness. As an idea and predefined set of pragmatic practices, it is a vital guide in dealing with the leading health care challenges encountered by developed and developing countries, such as non-communicable and communicable infections, and health issues associated with human growth and healthiness.

In United States, health care is generally considered as a privilege not a right; however Obama administration advocates that the affordable health care should be the right of each and every American regardless of their socio-economic status. Some of the organization may provide the best treatment by charging for it(privilege) while other may work on voluntary bases for general well being of the society on whole considering the fact that every human being deserves the access to quality health care (right).
