Introduction
Testing is considered as one of the most common ways, for assessing performance and standards of any subject. Testing is also an essential part of education, to assess and evaluate performance of students. Testing through examination is an effective way of judging students' performance from primary school education till the higher studies. Despite the fact that students have to take many exams from the first year of their schooling, but even then they cannot escape the fear and stress of exams. This continuous fear and anxiety of exams results in many negative impacts on the health of students. Stress is the major concern associated with exams, in most of the cases; students have stress only during the time of exam, while in some cases students are under stressed throughout their academic life. This results in causing many negative effects on their physical and mental health. There are many studies, which have proved that exams not only results in affecting students' performance, their results, stress, and anxiety, but it can also results in creating various allergies, immune deficiencies, complex physical inflammation reactions, sleeplessness, and various other problems. Even stress in examination can results in creating a number of different health and social concerns such as headache, affects behavior, can result in taking drugs, smoking and various other negative consequences.

Examinations mainly affect students by causing major health and social concerns. Students may involve in various negative activities to avoid health issues and other negative consequences associated moral and ethical considerations. For example, many student drop their schools for fear of examination stress, there are many students who involved in drug abuse in order to avoid the fear of exam. There are also student who try wrong means such as cheating or not attending exams. Thus, there are a number of different negative aspects associated with students who want relief from their exam stress. One major factor is that all these strategies and negative factors associated with exams, not only affects the mental and physical health of students, but also affect their performance and results of exams. There are also various studies, which provide that students cannot perform better under the stress.
