There are years when the severity of natural disasters are at its peak and some years when it might be less damaging and effective. They are extremely disastrous and damaging. They have a negative impact on the local community as it poses many economic and social costs. These costs are often absorbed by the government and governmental organizations, various companies, charities and businesses after the disaster. Spreading these disaster costs over various organizations and departments plays a significant role in helping the country as it is an effective mechanism and helps immediately. It can easily be assessed that the cost of natural disaster is passed onto tax payers and the consumers. Therefore, the development of strong and effective mechanisms needs to be developed so that the costs occurring from these natural disasters can be inculcated into economic costs estimates.
