1. Define and describe the important things that should be included in a good mission statement for a company. Evaluate the mission statement for your project company.

The mission usually describes what the organization to achieve its vision. Since the vision is often expressed as a dream or an ideal, the mission helps to clarify what the organization actually does. Most mission statements focus on the action with words and Terms such as "support", "participate", "help", "help", "provide" or "promote" (Pearce & Robinson, 2010a). The mission statement must be consistent with the stated purpose of the organization and must meet prescribed eligibility to obtain the status of non-profit organization and, where appropriate, of charity. A good mission statement is concise and precise. It should clearly identify the key stakeholders of the organization and describe how the organization will serve their interests (Pearce & Robinson, 2010a).

One possible definition of the corporate mission is "the definition of its purpose, the supreme aspiration it continually attempts to achieve". The mission statement is usually a sentence or a paragraph that makes this purpose form a little vague, but sustainable and stable is a landmark in the daily change (Pearce & Robinson, 2010a). In contrast to a mission, a "vision" is used to describe a desired future state. His statement should be specific and with a validity determined in time (Pearce & Robinson, 2010a). The vision may be required to be changed to adapt to circumstances and internal cyclical as the mission itself remains the same.
