ABSTRACT
The causes of the homelessness among Veterans in the United States and what factors can reduce the problems of veterans will be covered in the first chapter of the research study and follows with the scope and significance of the study. The second chapter of the study will represent several literature reviews on research relating to the previous studies carried out by various authors. The third chapter of the study will conduct the methodology chapter, which will indicate the research methods and designs. The research study characterizes the expression "homeless veteran," which emphasizes the discussion about endeavors to gauge the number of veterans who are homeless, and presents the effects of studies in regards to the demographic aspects of homeless veterans and in addition those served in VA, homeless programs. In the meantime that the number of homeless persons started to develop, it came to be clear through different dissections of homeless people that homeless veterans were overrepresented in the homeless populace. The National Coalition for Homeless Veterans appraises that 200,000 veterans are homeless, and 400,000 veterans will experience homelessness throughout the course of a year. 97% of the aforementioned homeless veterans will be male. The U.S. Bureau of Veterans Affairs (VA) says the country's homeless veterans are for the most part guys (four percent are females). The dominant part is single, generally hail from poor, distraught neighborhoods, 45 percent suffer from emotional instability, and half has substance problems of substance abuse. America's homeless veterans have served in Korean War, Vietnam War, World War II, Grenada, Lebanon, Panama and Cold War. Despite the funding and programs that are offered by the federal government, individuals and communities, the homelessness in America has continued to increase throughout the recent years. The awareness plans have been introduced but still the statistics are showing the upward trend for the homeless veterans.
