It is the requirement of modern education to establish a system of evaluation that can help the students to increase their learning capacity. Similarly, it will help teachers to assess the expected results in an improved design.

This phase of creating a holistic process of evaluation begin from the side of a teacher. It is the responsibility of a teacher to create a program outline for students in such a way that no extra topics taught. For example, if we are teaching a subject such as statistics, then we must create our course outline in a way that it covers all related topics beginning from Sampling to Hypothesis testing.

In order to create a holistic process of assessments, we can establish a system based on several small challenges for students intending learning of a topic of that subject In this way, we can help students to focus on one topic for an evaluation in a limited time interval. This will create a system of the sequential tests for different topics of a single course. So it is a teacher's ability to recognize those critical factors that can help to create objects of students practice so, "in the end, we can build a holistic assessment system for students. Once objective of training is described, we can proceed to the next stage of creating holistic evaluation design.

The toughest task while setting learning goals arise when a teacher has to differentiate among effectively related and non-related topics of any subject. They only have a short period of time for this purpose. Due to shortage of time, teacher has to decide whether they have to work on one thing or the other within available time and resources. This means that if a teacher chooses to teach subject related topics in a class then due to shortage of time, they won't be able to work on improving other skills of students. Hence, it is the responsibility of a teacher to work out this critical situation by devotion and their past experiences. They have to manage every factor in a way that they can cover all significant aspects of teachings to enhance students learning's.
