In this paper, we will discuss the importance of increasing the literacy regarding HIV/AIDS. AIDS is becoming the most common disease of our times. First the consequences and then the preventive measures should be communicated to students, as they are in their young ages, which open ways for their natural engagement in insecure sexual intercourse. In this paper, we will include three articles highlighting the same issue and include three relevant articles about the subject matter and consider a literature review to support our study.
The study of the research is academic awareness of students about HIV and AIDS, the methodology composed of selecting students and obtaining their response towards the knowledge of the disease. In this article, the author discussed the importance of educating students about the preventions and consequences of AIDS. This article entails the important questions and practices that can be targeted to students. This awareness should be implemented at the initial level of student practices in their curriculum and subjects. Keeping children and students away from such information will adversely affect their adolescence.
