Bill of Rights

The bill of rights was said proposed in the year of 1798. The purpose of the Bill of Rights was to ensure that the rights f the individual was preserved under the US constitution. These clauses were mentioned in the first 10 amendments of the US constitution. It was made knowing the fact that the government had the tendency to infringe with the rights of the citizens of the citizens.
