Introduction

In the late 1950s, the Orlando developed the “Theory of Nursing Process Discipline”. This theory developed from the observations she recorded among a patient and nurse. Regardless of her hard work, Orlando succeeded to classify the reports as “bad” or “good” nursing (CSU, 2013). Later, it known by Orlando that both of the estanlishments of the bad and good nursing enclosed in the reports.
