Introduction

First Wisconsin centre was one of the most beautiful and tallest buildings of the Milwaukee. The initial plan of this building was announced by the Wisconsin National bank, who planned to construct a new headquarters in 1969 (Jaques,1973). At that time although there was no disclosure that what will be the size of the building, but the officials believed that the building will comprise of almost 40 stories. However, on 18th March, the bank officials unveiled for the first time a 42 story skyscraper. The name of this tower was announced as the first Wisconsin tower.
