Heroism is basically the act of bravery, unselfishness, courage, etc. The human history is full of heroes, some of them acted for nations, some were for any particular cause, and others are for religion. The heroes are of two kinds, the general heroes and specific heroes. General heroes are heroes for the whole world not only for the specific nation or region, whereas specific heroes are for particular region or nation. Hitler, Osama Bin Laden, Saddam Hussein are consider to be national or religious heroes.
