Introduction

The convenience store industry in United States is expanding continuously and at a rapid scale. The convenience sores are converting into retail giants and have employed more workforce as result. The larger workforce has increased the expenses of the convenience stores companies and along with that they have been able generate more revenues. The recent health laws passed by the government had placed and increased burden of cost on the people. The affordable care act is more of a trouble for the convenience store owners because they needed to face the increasing expenses of the employee healthcare.
