Health care system of United States of America is considered as one of the most sort after that has cured patients that were suffering from dangerous diseases. This research initially describes the quality and effectiveness of health care system, however, later, on researcher described that in spite of tremendous success American health care system is facing lot of criticism because of high cost, discrimination, and quality. Thus, this research report will briefly describe the issues that system is facing and reforms that have been implemented by the American authorities.

Health care system of United States of America is considered as one of the advanced system having the extraordinary ability to provide effective cure of modern diseases that has taken lives of uncountable people. Enormous resources are provided to the heath care system with aim of providing extraordinary services to the people of the country and in enhancing the health of citizens (Mcdonough, 1999).

With the passage of time, people of the country have realized the importance of taking preemptive measures rather the post emptive measures in dealing with health care situations and have started to distinguish the truth that most significant aspect of health care is to improve the health of people. (Kovener & knickman, 2008).

Health care system of America can be described through various methods but most common tool of understanding the health care system is access of public to this system, its overall cost, and quality of the system (Rosenthal et al, 2003). It is a fact that the health care system of USA is most effective and modern, and uses innovative techniques to provide relief to ill people. In addition to these, various other factors have created a strong barrier between people and health care system.

In simple words financial barriers refers to poor economic condition of the citizens of USA that is continuously declining and making it difficult for them to fulfill their general needs. Difficulties of people have further increased with the non-professional attitude of health care insurance companies that instead of providing quick services are willing to destroy the hope and confidence of poor people (Kovener & knickman, 2008).
