Introduction
This paper intends to discuss the health condition of individuals. The health condition of people is affected by the conditions in which they live or their workplace. These effects can be supportive or devastating to the health conditions which are associated with sociological and psychological factors. This paper aims at discussing these psychological and sociological perspectives on the health and wellbeing of people living in the society.
Most importantly, the lower class people are affected severely by the social factors that lead to the psychological factors to affect their lives and even make them commit suicides. Avoiding suicide aspects, another worst impact is found that they start alcohol abuse and become addicted without considering the outcomes that are deadly towards their lives and well beings and even to their families as subsequent generations are impacted in some way. In a nut shell, alcohol is extremely dangerous to the health of individuals as it takes thousands of lives per year. People should behave in accordance with their wellbeing, taking decisions in their favour rather than overlooking its dreads. The impact of poor health needs to be eradicated from the society by eliminating the use of drugs and alcohol in a frequent and addicted manner. There is a need of psycho sociological perspective addressing the wellbeing of individuals living in the society, by minimizing their level of worries and anxieties.
It is up to the individuals whether to adopt a healthy lifestyle or disrupt their health conditions by indulging into non-healthy activities as their lifestyles reflect their beliefs and values. It represents their behaviours and habits of conducting things. This paper also contains the detailed study of the dimensions of illness and health within the social and health care.

In this era of advancement in every field, it seems impossible for a person to entail longevity in health conditions. An individual is under the influence of several social factors affecting his personality and the wellbeing, which in turn affects the psychological wellbeing of the individual. These effects become challenging pertaining to the long term health care and wellbeing. It carries the involvement of psycho sociological perspectives addressing the needs of the individuals regarding their health.
The health determinants are needed to be considered from the period of childhood in order to assure the healthy living in the future with a sense of avoiding the long term diseases.
