Introduction

Health coverage has been a difficult issue since there is no a real health care system that covers all citizens providing them with a comprehensive health care that includes prevention, promotion and preservation of good state of health and wellness. Treatment of illness and injuries and disabilities, is more expensive in aspects such as emotional, economical and financial affecting not just the individual involved but also their family, jobs and society. Once a person becomes temporally or permanently ill, they are unproductive for the society generating high costs for themselves, their families and the system in order to recuperate their health or maintain their current disability. Health or health is the treatment and prevention of disease.

Today the health care system is both vast and complex. It also faces many challenges: an aging population, changing expectations on the part of its clientele, Human Resources who are scarce, of unhealthy lifestyles and costs that do cease increase. To meet these challenges, our health care system must become more flexible and less fragmented. Its programs and services must be integrated and he must be more efficient and profitable. Short, it must undergo a transformation results-oriented, operational efficiency, clinical excellence and long-term sustainability. The current plan will focus on the health and management services while utilizing the non-profit approach. The health and management sector is selected to be the focus of the plan because the increasing importance of the health care sector at present.

P-Plan Proposal

The mission of DG Health and Consumers is to improve the health, safety and confidence of European citizens. This goal is central to what many people think of when they talk of European values, or 'well-being', in the sense of the Lisbon Treaty. The achievement of these goals in coherence with EU 2020 objectives has an important economic dimension.

Their actions will be based on the best available data, the best possible objective scientific advice, including the impact of technological advances, and the widest possible consultation. All substantive initiatives will be supported by proportionate impact assessments.

Audience of Appeal of this Project

This plan mainly targets the fund raising organizations and different NGO's in order to gain their attention. Secondly, the target audience for this project involves the health management members and all the individuals who are going to bepart of the plan. The said project will aim to deliver the appropriate process of providing the health management services and practices to highly diverse audience that is obviously a part of the project.
