Health Gender and Life Span

Abstract

This paper focuses on the study of the consequences and impact of sexual health behavior of youth in Britain. The study discusses different aspects in this regard. The paper presents the fact that in British society today, youth indulges into such activities pretty early in their ;ife span. Moreover, the consequences of this act are severe, which result in more pregnancies at younger age and fewer abortions, which means more youth giving birth to a child. Furthermore, in such cases the health costs are high, as the individuals involved in such act usually do not have a source of income, along with the fact that their health is more effected than the adults because of the fact. All these factors and others contribute to an increase in the risk of health that develops through the sexual behavior of the youth in Britain.

In Britain, some of the research, it is noted inadequate parent-teen communication on topics related to sexual and reproductive health. It is known that human sexuality is less dependent on the physiological mechanisms and more social contexts, where learning is an essential aspect (Casey, Getz, et al, 2008, p. 62-77). All this evidence that youth require special programs to address their health needs and particularly those relating to sexual and reproductive behavior. However, to achieve good results they should know, from the perspective of youth perceptions of their sexual and reproductive lives and educate them to take on responsible behavior, supported by strong links with partner, with family and Community. In the world is a widespread tendency to conduct research with youth who have problems in their sexual behavior, little information on positive indicators of youth sexuality or what ...
