There are a lot of different factors that determine how your body processes and utilizes food. How often you eat a certain food, and at what time you eat it both factor into how it affects you and your daily routine. The body has different processing speeds at morning, noon, and night. This coincides with an individual's sleeping and activity patterns. That means even if you eat the same food, it can have different effects on your body and energy levels depending on when you eat it. Also, the more you eat a certain food over time, the faster and more efficient your body gets at converting it into energy.

Eat fresh, raw or cooked vegetables until they are thoroughly saturated. Try to eat green leafy vegetables. Do not eat dried beans, peas or corn. Eat the vegetables with the soup. For dinner, reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter but do not eat fruit.
