After the implementation of the suggested law, it will require more allocation of resources in the selected sector. The collaboration has to receive support from the government as well as the private sectors in case (Gibson & Singh, 2012). The law will enforce the sector to hire professionals who may not be meeting the actual demand of expertise. The sector does not have a large number of skilled professional in separate sub-divisions of the healthcare system. It may result in hiring inappropriate workforce.
