Healthcare Laws

There are a number of ways that are used in the formation of health and safety laws. The responsive regulation is an approach which is popularly used in the development of the health care legislation. These laws and the approaches also involve the mechanisms that are reactive to the context, culture and conduct of those being developed. The aim in these mechanisms is to achieve the desire of formulating some laws that can provide relief to patients and the receivers of the healthcare services. In its entirety, health law can be defined as the federal, local or state laws and regulations and also some other similar rules which are designed for the health care industry and the patients along with the providers of services.

Current State of the Economy

Despite the fact that the country is very stable in terms of its economy, there are still some factors that make the economy face some ups and downs. This is because, the laws regulations made in the industry of those factors are not efficient. Same is the case with the healthcare industry. The healthcare law and regulations are not as efficient as they should be. Due to this reason the healthcare is also not able to contribute in the economy to limit it should have been done. The lacks of good legislation are also leading the current state of the healthcare industry towards downturn (Epping-Jordan, 2004).
